Report Misuse

Tally Medicare is committed to maintaining a trustworthy platform for Medicare agents and agencies. If you become aware of misuse, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service or Responsible Use Policy, we encourage you to report it.

What to Report

Please report activity that you believe violates our terms or policies, including but not limited to: unauthorized access or use of an account; use of the Service for fraud or misrepresentation; harassment or abuse of other users or our support team; misuse of carrier or beneficiary data; or any conduct that may violate CMS rules, state insurance regulations, or applicable law.

How to Report

Send a report to the contact email or address provided on our website or in your account dashboard. Include as much detail as you can: what happened, when, and who was involved (without sharing others' personal data unnecessarily). If you have screenshots or other evidence that does not contain sensitive personal information, you may include them.

What We Do With Reports

We review reports in accordance with our internal procedures. We may investigate, contact users involved, take action (including suspension or termination of accounts) where appropriate, and report to authorities when required by law. We do not share your identity as a reporter unless we are legally required to do so or you give us permission.

Good Faith

Please report in good faith. False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter and can have serious consequences for those accused.
